Black and White Wednesday - "Spunky"

January 26, 2011

Baby Blues in the blanket2 BLOG IT
Sarah can be very silly and loves to play dress up and "Let's Pretend"

The stare down2 BLOG IT
She's as smart as whip and doesn't miss a trick. She shoots me "the look" and sometimes I forget that she is only four......

Sarah with Texture Vanilla BLOG IT
A sweet blog friend recently left me a comment about Sarah:

"She looks like she could have some major SPUNK and I love how her hair always looks like it's in motion."

When I read it, I thought..... yes, she is absolutely correct!

Sarah is a very outgoing, high energy child that has a personality that is larger than life. She definitely keeps us on our toes around here as we never know what she is going to come out with next.

SPUNKY fits her to a Tee..... Wouldn't you agree?

SPUNKY....I love it!!! We can certainly see the spunk in the glint in her eye. I love these images. They capture her beauty perfectly.

Still can't get over how mature she looks though. Makes me do a double take almost.

Hope you're able to relax a bit this week-end. Take good care, my friend.

She really is a character, that gorgeous girl of yours. She's got that glint in her eye and I can attest to the 'constant motion' of your Spunky Little Superstar!

Great shots and I love the texture on the last one.

I've been following you for awhile now, and finally had an opportunity to join in the B&W fun! Although I'm not a photographer, I still think it's pretty fun.

By the way, your kids just radiate love and it almost inspires me to think about adoption in the future.

Have I told you yet that I so have been studying your pictures? Oh and I totally copied your idea with the matte board yesterday. You should have seen my neighbor holding a board over my head while I was photographing her newborn. We had a blast and owe it to you being willing to share your genius. Thanks so much for inspiring me to take my photography to the next level.

Spunky seems like the perfect word for Sarah! She does seem older than four : ) More mature. She is a doll. So glad she introduced you to the world of mothering a little girl!
