He's Come Out of Hiding

Nick Deck Boards WM

It has been a long time since this little guy has stepped in front of the camera, but I was lucky enough to catch him "in the mood" this weekend. He is way overdue for an update here on the blog, so I thought I would take this opportunity to fill you in on the latest:)

Model Material wm

He is growing like a weed.........I cannot believe how tall he has gotten........his Dad is 6 foot and I believe Nick has his genetics.....luckily!!!

Lots of angles Wm

Nick stays busy on the weekends with his friends. He has become such an outgoing kid....gone are the days of the child that clung to his Mom's leg and buried his head when someone looked at him.

He is thoroughly enjoying his electric guitar!! He has been taking lessons since his birthday in January and he is doing really well:)

Nick and a good friend in his class are taking lessons at the same studio. The two of them are working on a special song to play for their class on the last day of school. Their teacher thought it would be fun for them to bring their guitars in the last day and show the class "what they've got".

The boys are very excited and have decided that they are going to play "School's Out For the Summer". Pretty appropriate, don't you think?

Nick and Rudy2texture wm

As we were taking pictures, someone decided to get in on the action....our dog Rudy!!! He gave us a little scare this past week, he was pretty sick, but one trip to the vet to get some meds and he is all better and back to himself!! Apparently he ate something in the yard.......we still are not sure what it was, but whatever it was wreaked some havoc on his stomach. Poor little guy!! We are all happy to see him bouncing around the house again:)

Rudy was not the only one who wanted to jump in some pics....... Our party was crashed by a little girl who normally runs when she sees the camera.....

I am going to post those pictures on Wednesday.....some of my favorite brother/sister photos EVER!!!

Hope you all have a Happy Monday and a wonderful week!!

Wow is he really getting big. Why must they grow up so quickly? I just want them to stay small for just a little while longer.

These pictures are beautiful. Nick is really growing into such a handsome young man. I can't wait to see the pictures you have of both your babes. I'm sure they're gorgeous!

P.S. Love your deck...I haven't ever seen that color of railing before...I was going to do white but I love that!

These are fantastic! You are so lucky that Nick is willing to sit through this with you. Each and every shot is fabulous. I especially like the one with the dog. You have such great angles and his poses are so natural. The colors are soft, yet masculine. Nice job.

Love that he gave you a treat:) Nice to see Rudy jump in - you can never have enough photos of your pets. We're still trying to get the cat to sit still long enough to get a photo where she doesn't look evil:)
Can't wait to see what his little sister brings to the already adorable shoot:)

Wow Lisa, you are right - he's gotten so tall and mature. I laughed at the description of him clinging to your leg. Oh....so that stage really doesn't last forever?!

Beautiful captures of a very handsome dude!

Enjoy your week.

Wow Lisa!! He is so so handsome!! And he has grown a ton since your last photo shoot with him. I'm so glad things are going so well for him. Ah - to be a preteen again!! :)

I'm also admiring your deck. lol. We need to redo our deck, but our kitchen is taking the forefront right now. But I love how you use the design of the deck / architectural detail in your photos. Stunning...

I think I'm going to be using your blog designer for my photography blog. I need a single column design. Mine will probably be pretty simple, but I'm looking forward to it.

Hope you are doing well... looking forward to Wednesday!

Your little boy is not so little anymore! What a handsome boy!

The pictures are amazing, both of yor kids are just gorgeous.

I am so happy to hear, you may actually get your referral; how exciting and wonderful.

The wait will make sense to you in every way when you get the child that was always meant to be yours, not to mention that the wait also allowed you to be in a position to receive your amazing Sarah.

You better start nesting and picking out names!

Mother of three!
