It's All In The Eyes

With the eyes of a child
You must come out and see
That your world's spinning 'round
And through life you will be
A small part
Of a hope
Of a love
That exists
In the eyes of a child you will see
~Moody Blues

In the eyes of a child there is joy, there is laughter
There is hope, there is trust, a chance to shape the future
For the lessons of life there is no better teacher
Than the look in the eyes of a child

Tonight we took advantage of the beautiful weather and spent the evening outside....a great meal on the deck, followed by some fun in the yard.

For me, this is the perfect start to a wonderful weekend surrounded by the people I love most.....my family!

I took these pictures of the kids while they were laying down looking up at the sky.....

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

In the eyes of a child...~how true! Your pictures are wonderful~love them! We're having great weather, too. We'll have to see what Ike brings, but for right now, we're enjoying the Florida sunshine.

Absolutely beautiful photos. I can't believe you just snapped them one night after dinner...amazing! We have a great camera, and I really need to lose my inhibitions and just take some photos. Somehow I always think they won't be good enough, so I don't even bother. How silly is that? :) Enjoy your Sunday!

These are quite simply, perfect pictures.
